Continuously Monitored
Licence status, corporate ownership, and payment infrastructure are reviewed on a rolling monthly cycle — not just at initial publication. Every network mapping on the site is re-checked against the UKGC register at least once every 30 days, and immediately whenever a material corporate event is announced by a listed operator group.

How We Work
Our research process follows the same four-layer verification framework for every operator we cover, without exception.
Licence verification
Licence verification comes first. We check the UK Gambling Commission's public register at gamblingcommission.gov.uk to confirm that the operator holds an active UKGC combined remote operating licence, which specific trading names are authorised under that licence, and whether the licence has been subject to any suspensions, restrictions, or conditions. A licence that was valid six months ago may not be valid today — we verify at the time of publication and re-verify on a rolling schedule.
Corporate ownership tracing
Corporate ownership tracing follows. Using Companies House filings, we identify the UKGC-licensed legal entity behind each brand, its directors, registered address, shareholding structure, and any parent-subsidiary relationships. For UK subsidiaries of publicly listed parent groups — such as 888 UK Limited under Evoke plc or LC International Limited under Entain plc — we cross-reference the UK filings against the parent group's LSE regulatory announcements and annual reports. This is how we map sister site networks: by following the corporate chain from brand to UKGC-licensed operator to parent group to sibling brands, rather than relying on what operators choose to disclose on their own websites.
Compliance history review
Compliance history review is the third layer. We examine UKGC enforcement actions, licence conditions, ASA rulings on gambling advertising, IBAS dispute records, and any related-entity sanctions in other regulated markets that share ownership with UK operators. A William Hill compliance record in one jurisdiction and a William Hill compliance record in another are often the same story told by the same corporate entity. We treat them that way.
Payment infrastructure analysis
Payment infrastructure analysis is the final layer and often the most revealing. Operators within the same UKGC-licensed corporate group almost always share payment processing entities, KYC platforms, and withdrawal systems. When two brands route transactions through the same acquiring entity or run KYC through the same identity-verification provider, that operational fingerprint confirms a sister-site relationship even when corporate filings are structured through multiple subsidiaries. Verified payment overlap is treated as supporting evidence rather than primary evidence — the UKGC register and Companies House filings remain the definitive source of truth.
